AX_GCC_OPTION checks wheter gcc accepts the passed OPTION. If it accepts the OPTION then then macro sets VARIABLE to VALUE-IF-SUCCESSFUL, otherwise it sets VARIABLE to VALUE-IF-UNSUCCESSFUL.
